Vigorous and everblooming, this native of Brazil flowers even under low light conditions making it a perfect candidate for north-facing windows. Itâs plumes of cheery yellow flowers form on the tips of the new growth and last for a week or more. It often seeds into our greenhouses under the benches in the deepest shade and still flowers. When it gets too tall, simply cut it back and it quickly resprouts and goes back into bloom.
